Hire: Feature Requests

Please add a flag that can be visible in the candidate's pipeline view if a candidate has been previously flagged as an IDEAL candidate or a candidate that we have deemed DO NOT RECRUIT. This way, the recruiter knows immediately if an IDEAL or a DO NOT RECRUIT candidate applies for a subsequent job. That information should be readily visible in the pipeline view. Just allow us to click an icon for IDEAL or DO NOT RECRUIT on a candidate's record, and then every time that candidate applies for another job, that icon will be visible in the pipeline.

Would be nice when reviewing positions, to be able to click to the next position in the list similar to the way you navigate to the next candidate when reviewing candidates. Currently this Customer is reviewing all positions. They click on Global Positions and then select the position they are needing to view. When they have reviewed it, they have to click positions/pools again and then scroll down to the next position. This is an issue with companies with a lot of positions. (CID: 2bc186e42c41)

It would be great if stages can be collapsed on the pipeline view. When there are multiple stages, it gets hard to visualize the whole list of stages and their titles.

No way to end a video interview without allowing time to laspe and/or closing out of the browser. Would like to be to end the call & stay within the browser to finish my notes/scorecard during & after the call.

It would be great if there was a way to send automatic SMS and / or email reminders to candidates before their scheduled interview to boost attendance rates. This works well in the Calendly scheduling app.

would be great to see multiple calendars inside of breezy for scheduling availability.

I have a large amount of candidates to consider every day. Many of them thankfully use the Scheduling Link feature to schedule their own appointments. However I have to manually check all candidates every day and manually move them to the "Set Interview" stage after they use the scheduling link. It would be great if there was an option in the Scheduling Link creation form to move the candidate to a specific stage once they use the Scheduling Link to setup an interview. Thanks

It would be helpful if the task for to Submit a Scorecard was tied to the act of completing the Scorecard. For example, when you select an Overall Score, the Task clears.

It would be great if there was a specific field to highlight if the job is on-site, hybrid, or remote (instead of just a remote checkbox)
