It would be great if there was a way to send automatic SMS and / or email reminders to candidates before their scheduled interview to boost attendance rates. This works well in the Calendly scheduling app.

GPT-4 is being integrated to many products including BreezyHR competitors!

It would be great if we could have the scheduling links only allow a set amount of meetings (as set by the organizer) to be scheduled every day.

Could we please add a data field for "Date completed" to the "Export Data Per Questionnaire CSV" report?

Urgently require the feature to be able to Copy candidates that lie in a relevant pool A and who fit the requirements of position 1, to be copied to the position 1 without having to move them out of the Pool A and thereby not denying access for the candidates to be considered for other positions 2/3/etc

It would be helpful to be able to print out a candidate's questionnaires, the same way the application can be downloaded and printed

It would be helpful if you could tell if a candidate has applied in the past for multiple jobs. And then if all of the emails, discussion and pipeline movement was logged in the applicants account. Currently not all jobs that a candidate has applied for shows up. They may have multiple accounts. If we could merge them to one account that would be helpful. We often upload interview notes into their account. It would be nice if we could see past notes to determine if we want to interview them again.

It would be great to have multiple time slots with the self scheduling links (eg being available from 9am-11am AND 3pm-5pm)

As the referred candidates have an automaed stage to go into the referral stage, it would be beneficial to have the same thing for internals. This would streamline them into their own stage and make it easier for the Talent team. It also avoids sending internal applicants any automated emails intended for externals.
