Hire: Feature Requests

Currently, the portal offers a default filtering option that is based on city. However, it would be more advantageous to filter employees by country instead. As such, I kindly request that a new filter option be incorporated into the employee portal, enabling us to filter and sort employees by country

It would be helpful if there was an alert to notify users if there are any issues with their calendar, email and/or Video integrations in order to prompt users to reset their integrations before sending out scheduling links. It would also be helpful if Admins were notified of any issues with users' integrations.

Candidates names aren't parsed when the resume is a PDF file. Can this be fixed please? It means that if an automated email is sent it immediatley goes out to "Hi Name", which isn't a good first impression for the candidate.

We are still seeing candidates and resumes parsed with names coming in with ALL CAPITAL LETTERS which is a dead giveaway that responses are automated. I would like to see all name parsing default to Capitalizing the first letter of each name always.

When adding a questionnaire to a posting/pipeline there they are not sorted by folder or alphabetical order. Some kind of system would help us find them more quickly.

I would like to be able to filter my full position list as an Admin and then select jobs to mass Tag them. I can do this with candidates but cannot seemingly do it for Positions.

Be able to create a pre-set filter or have the filter stay until cleared.

This was one request that i saw had been closed. It would be very useful if could open both positions and candidates from all areas of the system into a new tab.

All the default "Remind me in 15 minutes" option that is by default set to 15 minutes in Outlook for all events - is DISABLED for any events set by Breezy. These are causing issues as we use Breezy to set up important interview calls/meetings; which involve important leadership folks. In such situation we want them to have that small reminder from Outlook that says (Meeting in 15 minutes, etc.). But Breezy unfortunately does not. Please can we get this fixed? Thank you a lot in advance. This is a much needed feature that is quite literally an active blocker for our org and we just purchased Breezy as well. Thanks.
