Hire: Feature Requests

When moving candidate into declined stage and choosing the reason why was declined (as defined in Dispositions) would be useful to make visible on the candidate profile (in the activity feed) who rejected the candidate and what was the reason.

We would like ability to override/ change the Hired date for Reporting (sometime offer is accepted before candidate is moved).

It would be great to allow different score cards to be used by stage. Use case: Feedback stage: Rate resume, assigned to multiple reviewers. Written test stage: Rate written test Interview stage: Rate interview. Reviewers only need to see the scorecard for what they are evaluating at that stage. Right now you have to pile all phases into one score card.

We would like the ability to mark certain jobs as "filled" and display as such on the career portal?

Ability to set multiple locations for a position. i.e. if we are hiring 1 role, but are willing to fill it in more than one city, right now we need to create multiple positions, which creates multiple pools, which is.....not ideal.

I would like to have a report section showing me all the details of candidates that I have hired. I would be nice to see the source, their time to hire, hire dates, and more

Add the ability to see candidates in different stages, by source - particularly to see which sources deliver quality applicants that turn into hires.

It would be helpful to create reporting based on different attributes one can chose from to customize them for themselves. For instance currently one cannot get any reportings from sources and how well their work. Meaning not only seeing how many people applied through them quantitive wise but how many people one hired through different sources, so more qualitative wise.

Currently we use Calendly as our system for candidates to book in interview slots. Is there something similar on Breezy that we could use so we can keep everything on one system? Thanks

Sometimes we interview upwards of 20-30 candidates for the same position. Having appointment slots would allow us to make ourselves available for a block of time, then candidates choose which time works for them. The appointments fill up real-time, so two candidates can't choose the same time.
