When I enter into Positions/Pools, it is always defaulting to All Positions (Admin). I created a Segment to narrow down to the options I regularly operate in for my day-to-day work outside of being an Admin for the tool. But every time I am trying to work through my list for things, I have to sort each time for the Segment. I would rather be able to just select that as my default view.

While we are on topic, why can't I "X" out of a position like I can with a candidate? If I am in a candidate view and "X" out of their profile, it takes me back to my Position Pipeline. But if I am in a Position, I cannot "X" out and go back to my Segment.
