Onboard: Feature Requests

The current e-sign document tool is not set up to handle new hire paperwork. It is incredibly tedious and time intensive with not a great outcome. A few ideas: Enhance the e-sign document tool that auto recognizes field types and pre-populates and allows for edits. Have standard forms already available in a library, such as I-9 or W-4 Have the ability to set up personal data collection information outside of the document tool with field input areas that can then be used to populate an HRIS. This would include things like name, SSN, verify address, emergency contacts, dependents, etc. At this point, this is a major deficiency of the onboarding system.

It would be great if there were an option to Unarchive people that have been archived within Breezy Onboard

Could we get the ability to view a list of New Hires by Route Board similar to how you can see the list of candidates per position in the ATS.

Send an email notification/reminder a specified # of days before a task is due.

It would be great to have some additional options for due dates on tasks, such as: Specific date Number of days after last task was completed (Right now, it is # of days after last task was due, but it would be great to have the option to set it for # of days after the task was actually completed) Also, it would be great if we could select a specific task rather than just the last task, as it may be in a different order

Allow the admin and hiring manager to be able to mark tasks complete for the new hires.

It would be great to be able to copy or duplicate a route board as employees in different classifications and/or business areas may have slightly different route boards that can be modified instead of having to start from scratch each time we need to use a route board that is slightly changed. Example FT versus PT employee, Employee part of two different lines of business or departments, etc.

A way to view/select each route board independently instead of all. This would make a cleaner look for different routes. Just like the position/ pools on breezy hire.

Add the ability to add a note to a task in Onboard, to capture reference numbers, comments, or other potentially important information.

A way to send a different invite email templates to new hires based on which specific route they are assigned to.
