Add the ability to re-add candidate profiles to email stage actions, allowing users to resend the same email templates even after a candidate has already moved through those stages once. This would be helpful when candidates need to be re-engaged or reprocessed without creating a new profile.

The current e-sign document tool is not set up to handle new hire paperwork. It is incredibly tedious and time intensive with not a great outcome. A few ideas: Enhance the e-sign document tool that auto recognizes field types and pre-populates and allows for edits. Have standard forms already available in a library, such as I-9 or W-4 Have the ability to set up personal data collection information outside of the document tool with field input areas that can then be used to populate an HRIS. This would include things like name, SSN, verify address, emergency contacts, dependents, etc. At this point, this is a major deficiency of the onboarding system.

If I reject any number of qualified candidates because I've closed the position for now, I'd like to send them a different message than someone who wasn't qualified. Currently, to make that happen, I need to either reach out to each individually, or I have to reject the folks who aren't qualified, then change the email template associated with the Disqualification stage, then move those qualified candidates to the Disqualification stage, then go back to the Position Pipelines and return the messaging at the Disqualification stage back to its norm.

In the list of People, be able to search for a particular new hire rather than having to scroll down through the entire list of people. Also, be able to sort the list of people by either last name or first name
