The current e-sign document tool is not set up to handle new hire paperwork. It is incredibly tedious and time intensive with not a great outcome. A few ideas: Enhance the e-sign document tool that auto recognizes field types and pre-populates and allows for edits. Have standard forms already available in a library, such as I-9 or W-4 Have the ability to set up personal data collection information outside of the document tool with field input areas that can then be used to populate an HRIS. This would include things like name, SSN, verify address, emergency contacts, dependents, etc. At this point, this is a major deficiency of the onboarding system.
