Onboard: Feature Requests

It would be great is there was the capability to create task templates in the same fashion as message templates. There are tasks that we would like to launch based on internal triggers after a route board has already been assigned for a new hire. They are repeatable tasks and it would be much more efficient to have them as a template that just gets created and assigned.

A way to view/select each route board independently instead of all. This would make a cleaner look for different routes. Just like the position/ pools on breezy hire.

Add the ability to add a note to a task in Onboard, to capture reference numbers, comments, or other potentially important information.

Would it be possible to allow for the Messaging section of the New Hire Portal to be formatted with italics, bold, underline, etc.?

It would be nice to have the ability to add more than one attachment. An example could be for the I-9 document ID requests.

Can we have the option to assign multiple managers to new hires or create teams that can be assigned to them? Right now a member that is not assigned to a new hire cannot see his progress. Sometimes we need an entire team/department to work together in the new hire's onboarding process. Having multiple managers or an entire team assigned to a new hire would solve this.

Allow to add rehires to Onboarding. Right now it doesn't allow to add a new hire if the email already exists in the People list. Use case: Sometimes we need to rehire an employee, this will allow us to add them to Onboarding for a second time and assign them a route.

In the list of People, be able to search for a particular new hire rather than having to scroll down through the entire list of people. Also, be able to sort the list of people by either last name or first name

A way to make a task within a route board be contingent upon the completion of another task being completed first. This task must be completed prior to this task....
