They've established a Questionnaire that automatically checks references with a set of custom questions, however 1. sometimes Candidates typo the email address, or 2. the emails go to a junk/spam folder. In either case, we then to the Candidate's profile to either fix the typo and request the references, and when we do Breezy automatically uses a default set of questions. We can edit these questions to match their Questionnaire, but some managers forget to do that. Our most important question is "what is your relationship to the Candidate", because we do not want personal references (only professional). Can we please either 1. edit the default Reference Check questions to include "what is your relationship to the Candidate?", 2. enable functionality that would allow for Users to edit an email address that the Candidate has provided, or 3. add some type of "remind" function for the pending Reference Check that is automatically sent via questionnaire?
