It would be extremely useful to be able to save the custom column options on the candidates and pipeline screens. Across our teams (hiring teams and HR), we utilize different information on these screens. It's a strong pain point to have to constantly select the columns every time we reload these pages while reviewing open pipelines and various candidates.
