Covering a number of features, this request proposes treating external recruiters as first class citizens of the recruiting process. Changes include:
- External recruiters email as well as candidates email recorded
- Ability to update recruiter automatically via email from pipeline
- External recruiter list supported so that details are entered once (not every time a role is created) the same as internal recruiters

Hi all,
We are also very much missing the feature which would allow the External Recruiter to see the status of the candidates of their submitted candidates straight from the portal, rather than updating agencies separately. Though this would mean that no other candidates in the same pipeline who are submitted by other agencies should not be shown to that particular agency.

It has been mentioned several times below - it would be super convenient and efficient if we are able to communicate with external recruiters within the discussion area of each candidate they sourced to keep all messaging in one place with them and to coordinate things regarding the candidate they sourced.
