Maybe there's hope for 2025? We have a role we're not quite ready to hire for but posted it with "Later This Year" in front of the title. Now we have that one and our "Join our talent community" in the middle of our other postings since ABC order is forced. Ideally both of these would be listed at the end of our other postings.

Still would like to see this in 2024. Since the default is alphabetical order, our "Join our talent community" ends up being smack dab in the middle of our postings instead of at the end where I'd like it.

There needs to be a way to organize jobs by more than Department... we have multiple divisions and each division has an Engineering department and many titles are the same.

For our interface in Breezy, along the left hand side, the organization of job postings by Division then Department is so important!

Then an option to do this (or not) on the public careers page... please!
