Can we have the option to assign multiple managers to new hires or create teams that can be assigned to them?

Right now a member that is not assigned to a new hire cannot see his progress.

Sometimes we need an entire team/department to work together in the new hire's onboarding process.

Having multiple managers or an entire team assigned to a new hire would solve this.
