In Position Pipelines, add the ability to select different email templates based on the reason for disqualification.

If I reject any number of qualified candidates because I've closed the position for now, I'd like to send them a different message than someone who wasn't qualified. Currently, to make that happen, I need to either reach out to each individually, or I have to reject the folks who aren't qualified, then change the email template associated with the Disqualification stage, then move those qualified candidates to the Disqualification stage, then go back to the Position Pipelines and return the messaging at the Disqualification stage back to its norm.
