Hi Mike,
An example would be for a new hire assigned to a route that takes them through a certain point because the full onboarding requires 25+ tasks. Since the system will not let us add initially more than 25 tasks, then it would be great to be able to move the new hire into a 2nd phase.
We hire people who have to go through a licensing process which includes sitting for a state exam and then applying through the state for their license. This is 1 route. Then, after obtaining their license, there are additional onboarding steps required - this would be the 2nd route. (Post licensure)
Hope this makes sense!

Hi! Thanks for the suggestion. Could you give me a little more detail on what you're trying to accomplish? The intention for routes was that you'd make one for each type of new hire you're bringing on (for example, hiring an administrative assistant might require some different tasks than hiring a software developer). What would be the situation you're looking to cover here?
