Add Start Date on BreezyHire when adding to BreezyOnboard

From the Hired tab in the Pipeline, there is an option to add the applicant to BreezyOnboard. We cannot choose the start date unless we add the person to BreezyOnboard from Onboard.
It would be very helpful to be able to add the Start Date from BreezyHire.
