When a candidate has applied to different positions in the past, it shows that he/she has applied and we need to open each one of them to know which stage were they on. A short summary should be advisable.

Similar to the drop-down of other positions/pools applied to, just seeing where they are at a glance in the profile view would be extremely helpful

Yes, This is very important to a prospect who has people apply for several jobs because of their brand. They do not like that they have to click on each one to see what the final stage is for each one.
