I'd love to see a native integration between BreezyHR and Connecteam. Connecteam has become a leading all-in-one workforce management platform, providing onboarding, employee communications, training, scheduling, time tracking, task management, HR documentation, and much more. It would be a fantastic complement to BreezyHR by creating a seamless transition from hiring candidates to managing and engaging them once they join the business.
An integration could support workflows such as:
  • Automatically creating a Connecteam user when a candidate reaches the Hired stage in BreezyHR.
  • Syncing employee details between both platforms.
  • Assigning onboarding checklists, training courses, policies, and documents automatically.
  • Triggering orientation tasks and welcome workflows.
  • Keeping employee information aligned throughout the onboarding process.
Many businesses already use BreezyHR for recruitment and Connecteam for workforce management, so a native integration would remove manual data entry, reduce onboarding time, and improve the overall customer experience.
