I suggest giving the ability for the end user to apply weights to each of the scorecard elements that will help to influence the final score based on what is most important.

I'd also love for the weighted scores to determine the final "overall rating" instead of having to be forced to choose the "overall rating", which in the end just makes the scorecard a bit more subjective overall.
