Visible "Message Queued" Indicator for Automated Stage Actions
Grace Gornall
We appreciate the automated stage actions feature, especially the ability to delay messages — it’s been helpful for managing candidate communication. However, we've noticed a visibility gap in how queued messages are handled.
Current Challenge:
When a candidate is moved into a stage with an automated action (e.g., disqualification), there’s no visible alert or indicator that a message has been triggered. Our team often works from the Board view and occasionally a candidate is accidentally dropped into the wrong stage, briefly triggering the automated message, before being quickly moved to the correct stage. Even though the candidate isn’t intended to be disqualified, the system still sends the queued message after the delay window.
Feature Request:
We’d love to see a visible “Message Queued” indicator or confirmation prompt within the candidate record or Board view that clearly shows when a message has been triggered but is still within the delay window. This would allow teams to catch mistakes quickly and cancel unintended communications before they go out.
Why This Matters:
Reduces accidental candidate rejection or miscommunication
Provides peace of mind when using automated stage actions
Makes the delay window feel actionable, rather than purely time-based
Happy to provide more context or examples if helpful. Thanks for considering!
