We're looking into this as part of our interface upgrades; are there certain specific things you'd like to be able to do with your signature that you currently aren't able to?

Mike Glass I'd be happy with standard email signature elements including full name, credentials and honorific optional, job title, company name, company logo (although I'd live without the logo if we got the rest), optional phone number. Please make it so you can set this up as a tag in template messages. Ideally I'd like each user to be able to update their own signature with the elements listed above as part of their profile. Then when I build an email template for everyone to use I'd insert the tag [user signature] or something like that and it would pull the full signature of whoever is sending the email at the time.

Yes please! Or at least the ability to have emails add a basic personalized signature depending on the user sending the email. This should be a tag you can set up in templates.
