Templates to be linked to disqualification reasons

It would be very helpful if the platform allowed specific email templates to be linked to disqualification reasons, without interfering with the automation configured for the disqualification stage.
Currently, the stage automation works very well for common cases, such as candidates who fail the initial screening questionnaire and are automatically disqualified. In these scenarios, the automatic email trigger is extremely useful and helps speed up candidate communication.
However, when a candidate is disqualified later in the hiring process — for example, after an HR interview — the workflow becomes manual. Right now, when moving a candidate to the disqualification stage, I need to go to the email section, remove the default stage email, and manually select a different rejection template specific to that situation.
A valuable improvement would be allowing each disqualification reason to have its own associated email template. This would make it possible to:
keep the stage automation for automatic rejections;
send more personalized communication depending on the rejection reason;
avoid manual rework when changing templates;
improve the experience for both recruiters and candidates.
I believe this feature would make the feedback workflow much more efficient and flexible.

Yes! Sending more personalized communication depending on the rejection reason could eliminate much (not all) of the back and forth that occurs when the candidate asks for feedback to improve upon. The personalized email would give the reason(s) immediately. No need for asking for more information from the applicant.
