Hi Lowell! I wanted to suggest an alternative and see if it would work for you. There's a bunch of potential issues with allowing users to Star candidates (and/or positions) for others, but I think you could create a tag for candidates you want your team to see, and then have them set a filter for that tag. Let me know if that will do what you're looking for!
