While you can currently assign people to interview candidates, the system doesn't easily accommodate multi-stage interview processes where different interviewers participate at different stages. In our 2-3 stage interview process, not everyone is involved throughout the entire process. It would be extremely helpful to assign specific interviewers or review team members to particular pipeline stages, similar to how scorecards are attached to stages. While there's a general hiring manager and review team designation, we need the ability to limit certain reviewers to only their relevant stage rather than having them see or be notified about the entire candidate journey. This would streamline communication, reduce notification fatigue, and ensure interviewers only engage at their designated touchpoints in the process.
