The current scorecard structure needs more flexibility to accommodate different evaluation needs. It would be valuable to have distinct sections for competencies and open-ended questions, with the ability to choose between three input types for each field: rating only, comment only, or both rating and comment. Right now, we're limited to rating-only or rating-with-comment, but there are situations where we only need qualitative feedback without a numerical score. Additionally, having the option to make certain fields required before submission would ensure evaluators provide complete feedback on critical criteria. While adjustable rating scales would be nice, the minimum improvement would be adding that third "comment only" option alongside the existing choices.
