Currently, scorecards must be created separately and then manually attached to specific pipeline stages, which becomes cumbersome when managing multiple roles with unique evaluation criteria. Since we have numerous scorecards tailored to different positions, it would be much more efficient if scorecards could be automatically linked to jobs at the pipeline level rather than requiring manual attachment each time. Ideally, scorecards could exist both as standalone templates and as default attachments to specific job pipelines, reducing repetitive setup work and ensuring consistency across the hiring process.
