Salary Range Required to Post Job

In the region we work, it is required to share the salary range on a job posting. Is there a way you can add a function that makes it so the Pipeline you create requires you to input the salary before it will post? I do not want a hiring manager to create a posting and accidently forget the salary range and then get fined.

Hi Paige. We'll look into the possibility of making this work, but we don't currently have anything that makes a field conditionally required for posting. Just out of curiosity, can you tell me if the region this regulation covers is local, state, or federal/national?
