We would like ability to override/ change the Hired date for Reporting (sometime offer is accepted before candidate is moved).

100%!!! We don't move the candidate into the hired status until the person starts, and the day someone is onboarding isn't always the best day to do administrative work (especially for us departments of 1). So when we play catch up, we're getting locked into inaccurate data.
