Currently, in-app reporting only captures the first open and first close date for a position (along with time to fill and time to hire).

Cloning positions and moving candidates is not an option at the rate we operate. When we re-open and re-close the same position, subsequent active periods are completely missed, making our total active days and time-to-fill metrics inaccurate for recurring roles.

Track every open/close cycle for a position so reports accurately reflect:

All individual open and close dates per position

Total cumulative active days across all cycles
