Currently, Breezy can only report on position views and completed applications. What we cannot see are candidates who start the application process, but do not complete their application.

If someone views the job, decides to click "apply", then chooses to abandon their application, that could mean that the intake questionnaire is difficult to understand, or too long, or something else entirely. Right now, it is a blind spot.

Ideally, the system would count when someone clicks "Apply to Position". Then we could measure both job post conversion [completed applications / by views] and application abandonment [(initiated applications - completed applications) / initiated applications].
