Quick Review System for Initial Application Screening

The initial resume screening stage needs a simpler review process than full scorecards. A quick thumbs up/down or yes/no system with optional brief comments would let hiring managers, recruiters, and HR provide fast feedback without navigating to separate sections. This would track how many approvals each application received without deleting candidates, making consensus easier to identify. This "quick review" feature could be toggled on or off for different stages, but would be especially valuable for that first screening phase where detailed scorecards are overkill.
