If we require a long form response in a questionnaire, the candidate can not see their whole answer as they are typing it as it is only a short text box. This has prevented us from using the questionnaires and resorting to email format however candidates often respond inline and then their responses get cut off and we have to go back and forth. It would be nice if the questionnaire was more user friendly for the candidate.
