would be great to have a team discussion about a particular job. Sometimes this is a good idea if the hiring team needs to workshop multiple candidates at once together. Having an area at the position level teammates can discuss with each other would be great and help boost internal communication.

As a recruiting team we have wished for this to enable a smoother process. Going outside of Breezy to send emails to each other, then having to go back in and make a separate note in the file to keep everyone on the same page is inefficient and allows too many communication gaps. Since the tech exists within Candidates, would be so much better to be able to use the @ mention in the Job 'Notes' or have a Job 'Discussion' as well.

Alternately not even specific to a job, but the ability to discuss with the team generally and not candidate specific is crucial.
