And if we are finished with the stage, we can close/hide the display for the interview team so they dont back track or are distracted

Or if we could select which stages we want to include when creating a position (ie. checkboxes) instead of creating a custom workflow for each role.

Agreed- would be easier if we could only view stages which have candidates and collapse the empty ones. Would also be nice to be able to change the layout, for example, some of us just like to click into a stage and only view a list of those candidates on the screen.. I know you can do this with a filter up to an extent, but can still see all the stages on the screen...
