Notification Alert for broken Productivity integrations

It would be helpful if there was an alert to notify users if there are any issues with their calendar, email and/or Video integrations in order to prompt users to reset their integrations before sending out scheduling links. It would also be helpful if Admins were notified of any issues with users' integrations.

notifications are great, but a lot of our interviewers don't go all the way into the breezy app (just using the calendar links to meet / score candidates). It would be best if they also prompt the Hiring Managers and admins so that we don't send scheduling links for users with broken calendar integrations
