Currently, clicking "Request Application" notifies the candidate that you'd like them to apply to a position. It does NOT notify the rest of the team that an application has been requested. Suggesting this action appears within "Team Discussion" the same way other candidate events do, so we can all tell it has occurred. Right now, I'm doing it manually.
