Its a little weird that auto messages are sent by the person that moved the candidate to the triggering stage... Why cant it be something we select ie it is standard as a system message but also we can select to make it a personal message from the HM or the Recruiter or whomever we choose. Its very strange because as a recruiter I could move the candidate to the next stage AND the HM could do it and candidates will get different emails depending on who moved their card to the next stage.
