Breezy's new anti-bias feature is nearly ready, and we are searching for a few companies to help us beta test the filtering from this new feature called " Incognito". If your company is interested in early validation please provide your company name here and we will have our sales team contact your administrator to provide more details on the feature. P.S. Once the beta period is over, it will be available as a subscription for any company.

We are launching our anti bias filter for hiring tonight! The new subscription feature will be called Incognito and will filter our information that could be used for bias during the applied stage.

Totally support the implementation of this feature. Please allow to hide name and any other information that would make easier to identify candidate gender, culture background, race, background, etc.

This would be particularly useful to have as an option in the "Share Candidate" link, where we could choose certain questionnaire questions to exclude from the sharable link view when sending onto Hiring Managers not in Breezy so as to not contribute to any unconscious bias.

In order to reduce unconscious bias we would rather see applicants by initials only, is this possible?
