Daily Interview Summary Report with Advanced Filtering and Export Options

Building on the above request, this feature should provide comprehensive daily interview management capabilities:

User Access Permissions:

Individual Users: Download summary reports for interviews assigned to them specifically

Administrators: Download comprehensive reports for all interviews across the entire account

Date Range Selection: Both user types should be able to select custom date ranges (daily, weekly, monthly, or custom)

Required Data Fields (Minimum):

Candidate Name

Interviewer Name(s)

Candidate Email

Candidate Phone Number

Candidate Accepted Interview (Y/N status)

Interview Date & Time

Interview Type (MS Teams, Zoom, Phone, In-Person, etc.)

Interview Duration (scheduled vs. actual)

Interview Status (Scheduled, Completed, Cancelled, No-Show)

Position/Job Title

Interview Round (Phone Screen, Technical, Final, etc.)

Report Formatting & Organization:

Default Sorting: Chronologically by Interview Date/Time (earliest to latest)

Color Coding: Visual bands/highlighting grouped by different interviewers for easy identification

Secondary Sorting Options: By interviewer name, candidate name, or interview status

Export Format Options:

CSV Format: For data manipulation and integration with other systems

PDF Format: For sharing, printing, and formal documentation

Both formats should maintain the color coding and sorting structure

Additional Functionality:

Quick Filters: Filter by interview status, interviewer, date range, or interview type

Summary Statistics: Total interviews scheduled, completed, cancellation rate per period

Automated Daily Digest: Optional email delivery of daily interview summaries to relevant stakeholders

This enhancement would significantly improve interview coordination, accountability tracking, and provide essential documentation for recruitment process analysis and compliance reporting.

Definitely need this - if we could run a report from the calendar.

This would be very helpful to have in order to capture the most realistic interview data per hire.

Will be amazing if the Breezy' team develop this report. Put it in dates on in could be a second option to count the dates between stages instead of doing a new Time per stage per candidate.

This would be really helpful as it's impossible to look at this holistically and make sure that the journey is being managed correctly and in line with EVP. I love Breezy but this feature will make me consider going elsewhere.
