We need the picture-in-picture video to be moveable or full-screen so it doesn't obstruct our view of the candidate during the interview.

Whenever I am conducting a video interview, the candidate only shows up on the left side of the screen rather than full screen, and the video of us is at the bottom middle of the video screen. This small video of us always ends up covering the mouth of the people we video interview.
