Right now, the “Position Type” column in the position list view reflects the record type (Pool vs Position). In the job details view, “Position Type” refers to employment type (Full-time, Part-time, etc.).

We’d like to add the employment type (Full-time, Part-time, etc.) as an available column option in the position list view, instead of it only being visible within the job details.
