Inbox filter

Would love an inbox that filters out auto messages vs messages that need reply easily and messages for specific positions.

The inbox could be organized by date or alphabetically. Not sure the methodology currently, but it doesn't work for me.

Totally agree with this! I would love to be able to filter by candidates who are directly responding to my most recent communication. When my team and I have hundreds of candidates spread across several roles it takes a lot of time and detailed tracking to find if that candidate has responded yet or not.

I'm in agreement with this request and everyone's additions. Please also include the 'Incoming vs. Outgoing'. I also ask if we can create a 'SORT' function where we can sort depending on time sent, received, A-Z candidate name, etc.

ability to manage the inbox of communications by recruiters/positions.
also make a separate outbox/sent box.

Would love to also be able to filter by incoming vs outgoing. We have thousands of outgoing nurture campaigns and the incoming messages get lost in the mix.

I would like to add that it would be good to see the inbox accurately showing all incoming messages from candidates in active pipelines. Currently the inbox is clogged with sent messages that are triggered by stage actions. The need is to see all messages/emails that candidates send through the system & right now many of them are being missed due the current layout/setup.

Agreed - we need to be able to filter out messages from candidates who are in disqualified stages. We also need to be able to filter out outbound messages - it doesn't make a lot of sense that outbound messages bring a conversation to the top of the Inbox - that functionality would be reserved for an Outbox, no? We need visibility on Inbounds in the Inbox, not outbounds.

Agreed Here.
