Improved Parsing Of PDF Resumes/CV's

Candidates names aren't parsed when the resume is a PDF file. Can this be fixed please? It means that if an automated email is sent it immediatley goes out to "Hi Name", which isn't a good first impression for the candidate.

We have disabled name, email and phone parsing with the current third party parsing engine. We hope to bring them back with a new engine in the future that has less issues with name and email parsing.

Agreed. it is also changing the name in reference forms which we have automatically go out after application. So references are getting very weird emails.

We are working on a new parser now to prevent these issues and improve quality

The new parsing feature simply does not work for us, a high number of applications are received with "Name Unknown" etc. and it is highly unprofessional that our automated messages goes out addressing Name Unknown or other strange descriptions... This need to be changed. In my opinion, it is a big issue - like taking Breezy from a 5 star software to 3 star!

It's extra work to go and change it, and it is also unprofessional (and embarassing!) to send a follow up email each time to apologise for the confusion.
