It would be helpful if you could tell if a candidate has applied in the past for multiple jobs. And then if all of the emails, discussion and pipeline movement was logged in the applicants account. Currently not all jobs that a candidate has applied for shows up. They may have multiple accounts. If we could merge them to one account that would be helpful. We often upload interview notes into their account. It would be nice if we could see past notes to determine if we want to interview them again.
