One of the most frustrating parts of using Breezy is how long it takes sometimes for pages to load. The 3 dots that move while a page is loading vs a page appearing instantly is a big bummer. It also is not ideal that when I'm going through new candidates and disposition them (new status), they remain in that same column sometimes for several minutes before the system finally catches the change (and sometimes I have to manually refresh the page which often times will take me to a specific candidate's page I looked at several minutes ago). Fixing site performance would create a much better experience for busy reviewers.
