Keysha Rolon: this isn’t the same thing. Filtering is different to moving to a different stage. It’s about being to search the candidates based on the questionnaire. For example for future roles, filtering the candidates based on notice period or their language skills. At the moment it is possible only through tags which isn’t a good system. You should be able to link a questionnaire question/answer with a corresponding custom field and then filter based on those custom fields.

We definitely need this. For example, we ask candidates if they speak any other language and need the ability to quickly find candidates by language spoken. There are other examples, but this is one of them.
