I'd like to suggest adding the ability to filter candidates based on their answers to application questionnaires.

I understand this wouldn't be practical for free-text or paragraph responses, but it would be extremely useful for questions with predefined answer options, such as multiple choice, dropdowns, checkboxes, or yes/no questions.

For example, if I have a question about years of experience with options like:

* 0–1 year

* 2–3 years

* 4+ years

it would be very helpful to filter all candidates who selected a specific answer, both for new and existing applications.

While I currently use automatic tagging and screening rules, those only apply going forward. If a questionnaire or automation is updated later, there's currently no easy way to identify candidates who previously selected a certain answer and move them to the appropriate stage.

Being able to filter by predefined questionnaire responses would make it much easier to audit existing candidates, update pipelines after process changes, and manage applications more efficiently.
