In the candidate view, it would be nice to be able to filter by values we have entered into Custom Fields. Even if it could only be possible for fields with defined lists. Sometimes we need more filter options than what we are currently using tags for (i.e., current school state).

YES, please. Unfortunately, only the admin permissions have this option, but our coordinators, who shouldn't have admin-level permissions, should be able to sort smartly.
