We need a way to see all incoming messages from External Users.

Currently, if a candidate replies from a different email address than the one registered on their profile, the message does not appear in the Inbox. We can only find it by opening that specific candidate’s correspondence, which means important replies can easily be missed.

It is very common for people to use multiple email addresses, so this issue occurs regularly.

Ideally, these messages should appear in the Inbox. If that is not possible, they should be available in another central place where we can easily see and find them.
