Suggestions for emails sent when doing an interview arrangement:

1) emails sent during interview arrangement could be made optional (instead of always being sent to the candidate and hiring manager)

2) there could be greater customisation of the calendar invite templates that are saved under the "templates" folder (like in normal emails)
