Agreed, I do not believe the current email verbiage seems professional. We utilize Breezy to hire physicians and are requesting references from physicians. It would be great to be able to customize the language in the email sent to references.

The email needs to be reworded because it makes assumptions that are not accurate. ~up-vote~

Mike Glass Recently few csndidates reached to me and said that their referees ignored the email as it seemed like spam and not that professional. This would be an issue. There should be an option to customize the template so that we can use our own templates.

I've had several people tell me the current email / From / Subject look like spam or phishing and I would love to be able to customize it for full effectivenss.

This is critical for the way I use your program, it has created many issues and I may have to suspend using it until it I can customize the outgoing email for better clarity to our application process. I hope that it can be fixed very soon.

For us, this is essential--the standard message is very coloquial and mentions "our company" when we are in fact an international school. It would thus be invaluable to be able to customize this message and would make it more professional.

I also think that customization for reference check subject should be available
