We heavily utilize the questionnaire feature for various stages of our workflow, from deep-dive candidate questions to interview scheduling. Because we use questionnaires for so many different reasons, the current generic subject line confuses recipients, causing many candidates to completely ignore the email. We would love the ability to either customize the subject line directly when sending a questionnaire, or seamlessly access questionnaire links within the email messaging section of the software. Integrating this functionality—similar to how candidate scheduling links currently operate—would allow us to clearly explain why we are reaching out, preventing candidates from overlooking these critical steps.
