Currently, combined candidate data does not include Tags, Notes, or Scorecards.
It would help managers know where a candidate has applied, whether they've been rejected, or whether they scored poorly.
If one office gives a candidate a bad scorecard, other hiring managers should see that. Same with tags and notes. We tag candidates with office locations they've applied for so our hiring managers across offices can work together. Otherwise, candidates apply to multiple offices with multiple hiring managers, and our company operates with fractured hiring efforts that frustrate candidates. It would help to see what other hiring managers think about the applicants by combining candidate data: tags, notes, and scorecards.
