Clearer Visuals when Dropdown present

When using Multiple Scorecards as well as in the position's Notes, there are dropdowns that are easily and often missed. It'd be great to make these more visually obvious that what you're seeing may not be all that's available.
Additionally, in the position Notes, the default is "My Notes." It would be more useful if the default was "Team Notes" with a more visually obvious dropdown to filter by your own if desired.

Hi Beka. Thanks for the suggestions. I will see if there's something we can do to make those dropdowns stand out a little more. Notes is a little tougher, because depending on permissions not everyone has access to the Team Notes. But I will bring it up with the team!
